At Sensations we both value and respect your privacy. We feel that when you disclose personal information, such as your email address it should be handled with the strictest of confidence.

We promise that when you submit your email address to us to recieve our newsletters, that is all you will recieve. We will not disclose, sell on, or trade your email address with any third parties.

Information we store

The Sensations website does not store any personal information, such as names, addresses or credit card numbers etc. We will not collect any information from your computer at any time. The only data we store is your email address, when you resquest to recieve our newsletter, which will give you details of new products and special offers.

Your right to cancel

You are well within your rights to cancel any order up to 7 days after the order was placed without giving a reason. If you need to do this then please call our our 24 hour customer service line where one of our sales representatives will be able to help you.

You can remove your address from the mailing list at any time, and you will not recieve any further newsletters or non order related coresspondance from us. We make this as simple as possible by providing you with a link at the bottom of all our newsletters, which when clicked will remove your address from our database.

Security

You can order products from Sensations in complete confidence that your credit card details will not be compromised.

International orders are dealt with via WorldPay and UK orders are taken via our secure online order page.

All personal transaction details are processed using our secure server, which uses 128bit SSL encryption to ensure you retain your right to privacy, and your order is completed using a completely secure environment.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your product we will happily give a refund, but we must insist on refunding to the same card the order was placed on. We accept the following cards:
